These Terms govern your use of www.hnaftali.com (the "Site"), operated by Hananya Naftali, P.O. Box 488, Or Yehuda 6039728, Israel (info@hananyanaftali.com). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Content and opinions
The Site offers news, commentary and educational content about Israel and the Middle East. Content reflects the author's views and is provided for information only. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current.
2. Intellectual property
All text, videos, images, logos and design on the Site belong to Hananya Naftali or are used under licence. You may share links and short quotes with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish or commercially use Site content without written permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, scraping the Site at scale, or using forms to send spam, threats or unlawful content.
4. Newsletter
If you subscribe, you agree to receive updates and occasional promotional emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.
5. Speaking and booking requests
Submitting a booking request does not create a binding agreement. Fees, dates, travel and cancellation terms for any engagement are agreed separately in writing.
6. Donations
Donation links lead to the receiving organisation or payment provider named on that page, whose terms also apply. Tax deductibility, if any, depends on the receiving organisation and is stated only on its own receipts.
7. Third party links and embeds
The Site links to and embeds third party services (such as YouTube, Google Maps and our online store). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have as a consumer.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
