Why The World Needs Israel

Try to imagine the world without Israel. You can’t. Because Israel isn’t just a country - it’s a moral compass, a living miracle, a force for innovation, and the last line of defense between order and chaos.
As much as the world loves to hate Israel - it needs Israel. That's the simple truth.

A Nation Like No Other
Israel wasn’t born from empire or ambition. It was rebuilt by a people who had every reason to give up—but didn’t. The Jews came back not because they conquered, but because they remembered. Because they couldn’t let go of who they were or where they came from.
That’s what makes Israel different. It’s the only country in history created by an ancient people returning to their ancestral home with their faith, culture, and language still intact. Throughout the centuries in exile, the Jews always remembered their homeland, and always prayed facing Jerusalem.
It didn’t rise from power. It rose from purpose.
Deuteronomy 7:6 says, “For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.”
That’s not a claim of superiority. It’s a call to responsibility. Being “chosen” means being held to a standard. It means carrying the weight of history and truth when the world wants to forget both.
No Israel, No Bible, No Messiah
Let’s start with the most important truth: without the Jewish people, there is no Bible. Without the Jewish people, there is no covenant. Without the Jewish people, there is no Messiah. Period.
The Christian faith rests on the existence of the Jewish people in the land of Israel. That’s not a historical footnote. That’s foundational.
God didn’t just float the Bible down from heaven. He gave it to one nation - Israel. Through one people - the Jews. In one land, Eretz Yisrael. You erase that, you erase everything.
Deuteronomy 7:6 says, “For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.”
Erase Israel, and you erase the vessel of God’s plan.
The Last Wall Between Order and Terror
Without Israel, the Middle East would be far more unstable, with innocent lives caught in endless waves of violence and chaos. You think it’s bad now? Take away the one force holding the line against radicslim. See what happens.
The Jews didn’t bring war to the Middle East—the Middle East brought war to the Jews. And the only reason it hasn’t spilled even further into Europe, into America, into your neighborhood, is because Israel is standing guard.
Without Israel, Western civilization bleeds out in the sand.
Israel isn’t just a country. It’s the front door of the free world. Slam that door shut, and the wolves walk right in.

Innovation That Saves Lives
Israel isn’t just guarding the gates - it’s improving lives around the globe.
This tiny country leads in fields like medicine, agriculture, water technology, cybersecurity, and emergency response. Not to dominate, but to help.
Israeli doctors were first on the ground in Haiti after the earthquake.
Israeli drip irrigation now feeds millions across Africa and India.
Israeli cancer research is saving lives in hospitals worldwide.
This isn’t charity. It’s what Israel does. It creates. It heals. It solves problems, often while under fire.
The Jewish people didn’t just come back from the brink, they brought the world forward with them.
They don’t only endure. They build. They cure. They innovate. They give.
Take that away, and the world doesn’t just fall behind. It stops moving forward.

No Jews, No Justice
I’ve spoken a lot in this article about what the world would look like without the Jews but we must understand this: the Jewish people and Israel are not separate stories. Israel is not just where Jews live; it is who they are. It’s the land bound to their identity, their scriptures, their history, and their survival.
Let’s not be naïve. If Israel didn’t exist, there wouldn’t be peace. There would be no safe haven for Jews, ever, anywhere. Israel exists because history showed what happens when the Jews have nowhere to go.
During the Holocaust, the gates of every “enlightened” country slammed shut. Jews weren’t just murdered - they were abandoned. Even today, Jewish communities in Europe and America are under threat, again.
Israel is the one place where the Jewish people aren’t guests. Where they aren’t waiting for the next exile.
This isn’t about nationalism. It’s about survival. About dignity. About finally standing in a world that often wishes we’d sit down and disappear.

Israel’s Role in the Christian Story
Christians who love the Bible are already tied to Israel whether they realize it or not. This isn’t just a spiritual connection. It’s history.
The God you believe in made eternal promises to the Jewish people. Their survival is why the Bible exists, and why its message endures.
If those promises mean something to you, then standing with the people they were given to is not political, it’s biblical.
Romans 11:18 warns: “Do not consider yourself to be superior to those branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you.”
Israel is that root.
If you cut it out, you kill the tree.
Israel Exists—and That’s the Miracle
Israel isn’t perfect. No country is. But it stands for something bigger than itself.
It reminds the world that evil can be resisted. That exile doesn’t mean erasure. That small nations can do great things - not to glorify themselves, but to bless others.
So yes, it's impossible to imagine a world without Israel.
Because Israel exists. Despite the armies, the lies, the slander, the terror, and the silence of too many so-called friends. It exists. Because God said it would.
Isaiah 66:8 asks, “Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment?”
—Yes. May 14, 1948.
Israel was reborn because the Jews refused to be defeated, and because God is faithful.
And as long as Israel stands, the world still has a flicker of hope, a spark of truth, a fighting chance to hold on to something real.
Am Yisrael Chai.

As a gentile I praise GOD that I have this chance at this time to pray and support the people, the land, the City of our LORD. This article is awesome and gives us a perspective to choose from. Like all things with our Creator, we are allowed to choose.
I enjoy reading this article and it now helped me to know more about my faith and the country I do dearly love, Israel.
Thanks very much.
Wish to read more of this.
